1. Overview
By using Pawsbox, you agree to these terms. We provide monthly subscription boxes of treats and toys for dogs. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.
2. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You can skip a month, switch boxes, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Payments
We charge your selected payment method on the renewal date. Prices include applicable taxes where required. Failed payments may result in subscription suspension.
4. Shipping
Boxes ship on a monthly schedule. Delivery times vary by location. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
If your box arrives damaged or missing items, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or partial refund. We do not accept returns of opened food products for safety reasons.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pawsbox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pawsbox after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
