Shipping Schedule

Subscription boxes ship once per month, typically within the first 5 business days of the month. Cut-off dates for each month's box are posted on your account dashboard. Orders placed after the cut-off ship with the following month's batch.

Delivery Times

Domestic orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is free for all subscription boxes within the contiguous United States. Expedited and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your box leaves our warehouse. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your box is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will replace missing items or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Address Changes

Update your shipping address from your account dashboard. Changes made after the monthly cut-off will apply to the next shipment.
